<p>Change-of-mind purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, dislike the item or selected the wrong size, except where required by applicable law.</p><p>If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email <a href="mailto:productmanagementcapitalb@gmail.com">productmanagementcapitalb@gmail.com</a> with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.</p><p>We aim to reply within 5–7 business days of receiving your email and arrange an appropriate resolution within 7–10 business days of receiving the required order details and photos. Any refund processing or replacement delivery time will be communicated separately. Where applicable law requires a shorter timeframe, that timeframe applies.</p><p>This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.</p>
